Communications Configurations

Largely, the communications we send are standard to ensure similar experience across the board. That said, there are a few things you’re able to alter in these communications.

 

We will need a decision on the formal name, return address and phone number you’d like listed on the mailed letters.

 

You can alter the Standard Greeting of “Dear <First Name>,” as well as the Standard Closing of, “Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you. We appreciate your business and the confidence you have placed in us. If we can be of further assistance, please contact <Client Information Name> at <Client Information Phone>. Sincerely, <Client Information Name>".

You can also edit the header and footer.

 

For email, you can also customize the Subject line from our default, “#Secure# Message from Quavo Bank <Claim ID>”, though the Claim ID has to remain in the final subject line.

 

You are also able to determine if you’d like to exclude any potential deny justifications, or add any. Below are the ones we presently offer:
