Correspondence Setup
If there are any letters that you’ve opted not to use, developers will disable these so they are not functional. Otherwise, Quavo will enable the letters applicable to the products your are launching.
Based on your print vendor, QFD will coordinate to print and send your letters. This is either done with our third party mailer, or through your organization or your third party. Therefore, development for this is largely simply determining and arranging where the letters should go when they are prompted. If we are printing them through our third party, this is fully automated. If you or your third party are printing and mailing, we will deliver the letters to you in batch via the SFTP to print and mail.
Many organizations default their correspondence to email for finance purposes; at this stage, our developers will ensure that the email connection is complete, and that sending and receiving emails is functional for production.
According to your preferences, QFD will send your correspondence. For our developers, this means updating your heading and signature, adding and sizing your logo, and personalizing your address and justifications. This is typically done early in development, and something you can alter later through a support ticket.
