Claim Intake Stages
Overview
The claim intake process is broken into four stages. These four stages indicate how much work is left to submit the claim. As tasks are completed, the bar will fill until it has reached the final stage.
Account
In this section, the user will select the account holder and the account that was used for the disputed charges.
Reason
In this section, the user will select responses to identify the claim and dispute reason.
Details
In this section, the user will select the disputed transaction or transactions and complete a questionnaire.
Summary
In this section, the user will review the disputed transaction activity, the account holder’s communication channel, and address, and finalize the claim.
