Intake Homepage

Overview

The homepage is where users land when they log in. When a new claim is initiated or an existing claim is opened, a new tab will open, moving the user from the Home tab to the new tab. 

Users can return to this page by clicking on the Home tab, closing out all other tabs, or logging out and then back in.

Homepage Sections

The following are key sections on the homepage. 

My Worklist

This section reflects any incomplete claims that have been started by the user or completed claims that the user has open.

Users should follow internal guidelines to handle incomplete claims, such as withdrawing the claim or calling the account holder back to complete the claim.

Users should aim to have no claims in their My Worklist box.

Recents

This section shows the five most recently viewed claims. Click on any of the claims to open it in a new tab.

Click on See All to see the 30 most recently viewed claims.

New > Claim

To create a claim, click on New then click Claim in the pop-up box.
