We've put together interactive e-modules to support intake and back-office training. The modules introduce claim intake and resolution through QFD. Users will complete a short knowledge check or simulated tasks. Experience is the best teacher, after all!
We recommend completing all modules in order. SCORM files can be downloaded here and uploaded to a learning management system.Â
