Collect Police Report Information

The Fraud Info tool allows fulfillment users to collect information about any potential suspects or related police reports.  Optionally, police report information can be collected during intake by enabling the Police Report questionnaire in Client Settings.  When enabled, the user completing the intake process will be prompted to provide information about any related police reports via the Police Report Questionnaire.
