Customer Details

The customer details section provides information about the customer as provided by the customer information data source(s). This typically includes Customer ID, mailing address, email address and phone number. Contact information can be updated by clicking the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the section. Changes made here are claim level and not communicated back to the system of record.

 

Extension: Edit Contact Details

To allow back-office users to edit contact information, set CanEditCaseCustomerContactInfo to true.  This will allow changes that will impact all future correspondence.  Changes are local only and not sent to the system of record.
