Do Not Pursue Recovery

Overview

This flow action is available during Disposition when the dispute is not in active recovery.  The action will prompt the user to provide a reason for not pursuing recovery and process liability by denying or writing off the dispute.  The reason entered by the user will be written to the dispute audit log.

First-Party Fraud

When a fraud dispute is denied due to No Error, the question "Do you suspect first-party fraud?" requires the user to select an answer from the drop-down. The response will be included in the dispute data and does not impact the claim.
