Details

Where eligible, alerts are sent to Ethoca while waiting for posting

  • If a "Not Settled" response is received, QFD will continue to review the pending transaction to ensure it does not post to the account. 

    • If the transaction still posts, a new Ethoca Alert will be generated for the posted transaction. Please see Pend for Ethoca Case Status for additional details.

  • If a "Will Refund" response is received, QFD will pend for a merchant credit for 5 days.

    • If a merchant credit is not received by the SLA, a new Ethoca Alert will be generated for the posted transaction. Please see Pend for Ethoca Case Status for additional details.

All actions will be recorded in the Recovery Action History.
