It may be necessary to start with a CIQ. (plan 30 days for this) to move the bins and numerics (plan 45 days for this). Total to plan for here is 75 days.

Submit a request to esupport@visa.com with the MTE2 Quavo CSR, Numerics Enrollment Form and the BINs you’re using for QFD claims. Copy your Quavo PM for Quavo to approve the addition.
1. Complete the fields on the MTE2 Quavo CSR provided
2. Complete the Numerics Enrollment Form
  1. You'll fill out Client and Requestor Information and Client Type for your org.
  2. For the VROL Environment, we'll need to do one form for MTE2 and a separate form for Production - this is to allow for testing and a coordinated launch with QFD. In that section, we're "Modifying existing VROL Org" - no additional details are required.
  3. VROL User Access Information and Transaction Configurations should be skipped unless you're looking to make changes to your org.
  4. In Visa Resolve Online Enrollment Type, we've pre-selected "Third Party Processor Self-Service Enrollment", you'll fill in your 8 Series Routing ID and put "Quavo, Inc." for the Processor Org Name (its a Dispute Processor in this case).
  5. In Financial Processing, check SMS and Input your PCR(s)
  6. Skip the rest until checkbox and signature!
