In order to automatically enrich your transactions rather than manually, we’ll need to connect to VISA. With the enhanced data we receive from this connection, QFD is able to apply an advanced chargeback eligibility review process. With automated submission of chargebacks, checks for representment, large amounts of manual work and the possibility of human error is reduced significantly.

Use the to help along the way! The first step is Submit a VOL Web Services ID and Certificate Request form for each environment and VROL organization. This should be done while requesting the project.

This project will produce RTSI credentials which QFD will need to connect. The VOL WSI Certificate Team typically has a 10-day SLA to return credentials to the person listed on the Visa Online WSI ID External Request Form. If you have not received credentials, please notify your Visa Project Manager.
