Bulk User Import

In order to assign users to the appropriate access, we can bulk upload users manually into staging (and production, if needed, but typically we rely on SSO).

Intake role/Intake access is automatically assigned through SSO, so those users don't need to be added to the spreadsheet.

Managers and Admin can add, remove, and alter users, so once the block import is done, we’ll provide a training on user management.
