Transition to CSM

Once the Quavo Certification period is finished, the client will transition away from Onboarding to Post-Onboarding with their assigned Client Success Manager. The Client Success Manager will take over management of their Communication Center, and will bring the PM back in should any post-production projects be identified.

What To Expect Post-Transition

  • Weekly Production Meetings - The purpose of this meeting is to discuss live production activities and how things are going. Topics may include adoption of QFD, issues/challenges, pipeline management, etc.

  • Quarterly Business Reviews - Quarterly meeting for Quavo to present information and data, highlighting the performance and opportunities in your environment

    • Topics will include

      • Production Data (Incoming volumes, Pay/Deny details)

      • Automation Rates

      • Recovery Performance

      • Compliance Details
