It’s important to establish how you want to launch your onboarding. We’ll establish what products are being launched from the beginning, however how broadly you want to launch is your decision.

If you have a firm cut-over date, we’ll need to know this early on.

Our best practice without a firm cut-over date is a staged approach, moving over some portion of claims at a time or one branch at a time, while others do a total launch, submitting all claims to QFD on day 1 - which you choose is up to you and dependent on your capacity and capability. We are advocates of a staged approach, to ensure everything is functioning fully properly before all claims are moved over.
