Write Off Decision Approval Flow

When enabled, the write off approval flow requires an additional approval step when the decision to write off a dispute is made. When this flow is active, the Deny and Write Off actions are not available to the user.

To enable, update the conditions in the Write Off Approval Preconditions table.
