Pending Documents

Description

While the system waits for a document to be attached, this assignment is displayed in the Supporting Documentation step.

Details

This system assignment is associated with an SLA, based on the configuration in Pend for Customer Response.  When the defined SLA expires, the assignment will auto-resolved and the flow will resume.  While active, the following options are available to the user.

Documents Received

This action displays the document requirement prompts you to associate an existing attachment, or add a new attachment, to satisfy the requirement.  


Attachment Category

Always use the "Supporting Documents" attachment category when attaching required documents

Visa Document Type

For Visa claims, users will be required to select from a list of document types supported by the association.  This value will be included when the document is sent to Visa.


Proceed Without Documents

This action allows you to resume the normal flow without providing any required documentation.
