When a dispute is submitted to Visa in the allocation flow, the dispute moves from the Visa Liability Allocation flow to here while a response is awaited from the acquirer.

If the system is configured to issue a provisional credit after a chargeback, the following flows will be executed:

Excerpt lookup error: excerpt "ChargebackPC" was not found on page "Provisional Credit" (with ID 348160022) in space "QEK".

If you're experiencing issues please see our Troubleshooting Guide.

While awaiting a response, the Pending Dispute Response assignment is displayed in the Disposition step.  If the acquirer declines the dispute and pursues pre-arbitration, the dispute will move to the Inbound Pre-Arbitration flow.  If RTSI is enabled, the pre-arbitration details are retrieved by the system.  Any response received will be recorded in the Recovery Action History.

Recall

A user may recall a dispute as long as a response has not been received.

Extension: 2nd Operations
