Alt Network Pending Response

Response Received

This primary flow action prompts the user to record the result of the Check Electronic Journal recovery attempt.  The user must select from the following options:

• Accepted Full
• Accepted Partial
• Declined

Additionally, the user must provide the date that the response was received.

If the response is...

• "Accepted Full", Alt Network Chargeback Reversal Accounting is executed and the dispute is resolved as Paid.
• "Accepted Partial", the user will be prompted to enter the amount that was recovered, Alt Network Chargeback Reversal Accounting is executed, and the Review Electronic Journal Response flow is executed.
• "Declined", the Review Electronic Journal Response flow is executed.

Other Actions

The user can also choose to pend the claim for many reasons. The Pend flow is executed and once it is satisfied, the user is brought back to this assignment.
