When the Check Electronic Journal  assignment is processed in the ATM Proprietary recovery flowResponse flow is executed, this system assignment waits for is displayed while a response is awaited.

Response Received

This primary flow action prompts the user to record the result of the Check Electronic Journal recovery attempt.  The user must select from the following options:

• Accepted Full
• Accepted Partial
• Declined

Additionally, the user must provide the date that the response was received.

If the response is...

• "Accepted Full",  is executed and the dispute is resolved as Paid.
• "Accepted Partial", the user will be prompted to enter the amount that was recovered, is executed, and the  flow is executed.
• "Declined", the  flow is executed.

The response is recorded in the Recovery Action History.
