QFD includes dedicated support for most of the major card networks. In order to provide a solution that allows all card transactions to be disputed, regardless of acquirer network, an "Alternate Network" concept was developed. This approach allows flexibility in recovery methods and strategies for these lower volume disputes via a simplified workflow allows users to record recovery actions that are executed outside of QFD for tracking purposes and to keep the claim and claimant up-to-date.
Configuration
QFD includes various options for customizing the behavior of the application. Disputed transactions on alternate networks will fall under the same configuration settings as the overarching card association, where applicable.
