When Visa issues a ruling in the Visa Arbitration Response flow, this flow is executed.  The first step in the flow is an assignment that prompts the user Review Arbitration Assignment assignment is generated to prompt a user to review the ruling letter provided by the association and translate the ruling.  There is no systematic way to determine what ruling Visa has issued.  Once the ruling is translated and recorded the the user, processing will continue.  If Visa rules in favor of the acquirer, the user will be prompted to determine the next step.  If the dispute meets certain criteria, they can request an appeal.  Otherwise, they'll need to process liability by denying (only available if regulatory resolution dates have not passed) or writing off the remaining recovery amount.  Any required accounting entries are generated by the system.
