Event Recording
The case event recording feature allows the system to be configured use external APIs to communicate case creation and case resolution status updates to an external system, such as a CRM application.
Supported Events
The following events support recording.
- Claim Submitted
- Accounting (see Apply Case Event)
- Disposition
- Recovery Pursued
- Deny
- Write Off
- Claim Resolved
Workflow
Depending on the result in in Case Event Pre-ConditionsPreconditions, one of the following paths is executed:
...
- A Pending Record Case Event Automation assignment is displayed while the system completes the action via an integrated service.
- If the service continues to fail after 3 attempts, a Record Case Event Failed assignment is generated and prompts a user to complete the action manually.

- Record Case Event Manual assignment is generated and prompts a user to complete the action manually.
