When arbitration has been executed and RTSI is enabled, this flow is called from Visa Arbitration Response to retrieve the status of the case filing from Visa Resolve Online (VROL).  The Pend Pending Case Filine Filing Status Service assignment  assignment is displayed in the Recovery step while the hypersearch request is completed to retrieve the case status.  If the service call fails after multiple attempts, the Case Filing Status Service Failed assignment is generated and prompts a user to retry the service or cancel.  Once the status is retrieved, a Pending Case Filing Detail Service assignment is displayed in the Recovery step while a request is completed to retrieve the details, including any letter(s) provided by Visa. If the service call fails after multiple attempts, the Execute Arbitration Case Filing Detail Service Failed assignment  assignment is generated and prompts a user to complete retry the action or retry the serviceservice or cancel.  If a new case status was retrieved, the status and details are logged in the Recovery Action History.  If a user cancels from either service failure assignment, automation is disabled and a user will be prompted to manually record the status .
