Balance Review Response

When the Balance Review recovery option is executed in Balance Review, this flow is executed.  The Pending Balance Review Response Assignment is generated and prompts a user to record a response.

Response Received

This primary flow action prompts the user to record the result of the Balance Review recovery attempt.  The user must select from the following options:

• Accepted Full
• Accepted Partial
• Declined

Additionally, the user must provide the date that the response was received.

If the response is...

• "Accepted Full", ATM Balance Recovery Accounting is executed and the dispute is resolved as Paid.
• "Accepted Partial", the user will be prompted to enter the amount that was recovered, ATM Balance Recovery Accounting is executed, and the Review Balance Review Response flow is executed.
• "Declined", the Review Balance Review Response flow is executed.

The response is recorded in the Recovery Action History.
