Review Balance Review Response

When the Balance Review recovery option is executed and funds were not fully recovered in Balance Review Response, this flow is executed. The system will generate a Review Balance Review Response Assignment, which will prompts the user to take one of the following actions.

This primary flow action will prompt the user to review the result of the Balance Review recovery attempt and determine which of the following actions should be taken for any amount that was not recovered.

Deny Dispute
Write Off
Pursue Other Recovery Options - this option allows the user to return to the Review Recovery Options assignment and pursue another recovery option available in the ATM Proprietary recovery strategy.
