Review Encoding Error Response Flow

When funds are not fully recovered in an Encoding Error Response, this flow is executed. The system will generate a Review Encoding Error Response assignment, which will prompt the user to take one of the following actions.

Review Encoding Error Response

The assignment will display the response and any details that were provided. The user must select one of the following actions:

Deny Dispute
Write Off
Pursue Other Recovery Options - this option allows the user to return to the Review Recovery Options assignment and pursue another recovery option available in the ATM Proprietary recovery strategy.
