Investigation Pending Response

After selecting the investigation method, the dispute moves back into the Disposition node where we'll pay, deny, or pend based on the investigation results. 

The dispute will pend for 10 days while we complete the investigation outside of QFD. Once the investigation has been completed, we can manually end the pend period by choosing a response, selecting a response date, and entering our findings in the Notes box. 

Full Amount Recovered will pay the claim. 

Partial Amount Recovered will pay the recovered amount and will allow us to pay or deny the remainder. 

No Funds Recovered will allows us to pay, deny, or pend the claim for additional research.
