Conditions

The account holder claims that a deposited check did not post for the correct amount.  This recovery option prompts a user to initiate a review for encoding errors.  

Flow

When the user selects this recovery option, the following flow is executed.  The Encoding Error Review Assignment assignment is generated and provides the following flow actions.

Process Encoding Error Review

This primary flow action prompts the user to initiate the review process, which will execute the Encoding Error Review Response flow.

Cancel Recovery Option

This optional flow action is available from the Other Actions menu and will cancel the current recovery option and return the dispute to the Disposition step to select a new recovery option.
