QFD is provided as a service and is kept it up-to-date with all the latest rules and regulations applicable to the fraud and disputes space.  Our Research team monitors association and regulatory publications to identify all impacts and works with our engineers to design changes that keep us all compliant.  These changes are developed and deployed to all environments in our standard patch releases.  Typically, these changes have an effective date in mid-April and mid-October and will become effective in the system on the day prescribed by the association or regulatory body.  No action is required by the issuer to enable these new rules.  A system setting allows this date to be changed in non-production environments for testing purposes.

Each mandate cycle, usually 4-6 weeks before mandates go into effect, our Research team will publish an announcement that includes both summary and detailed views of the changes and how they impact application behavior and user experience.  Below is an index of those announcements for the last several mandate cycles.
