On or after April 12, 2024, when a user pursues recovery for 10.1, 10.2, 10.3, or 10.4  a certification that the cardholder denies authorizing or participating in the transaction will be passed with the chargeback request. 

Commercial Card Virtual Account Disputes

On or after April 12, 2024, Visa is expanding the Product IDs that require the question "Does the dispute involve a Visa Commercial Card Virtual Account?“ when pursuing recovery for Services Not Received. When the transaction's product ID is G,K,S,X,X1,S1, S4 or S5, a user will be prompted to answer this question when pursuing recovery.

Compelling Evidence Type Updates

On or after April 12, 2024, an additional Compelling Evidence category will be available for acquirers for “Virtual card transaction at a lodging merchant”. Additionally, other Compelling Evidence categories were renamed to be consistent with Visa Core Rules and Visa Product and Service Rules.

Initiating PreArb Reason Updates

On or after April 12, 2024, an additional Initiate PreArb reason was added to the dropdown for "Delayed charge transaction". Additionally, the reasons available for the question "Why are you initiated a pre-arbitration?" have been updated to be consistent with Visa Core Rules and Visa Product and Service Rules.

Minimum Dispute Amount for T&E transactions

On or after April 12, 2024, a minimum dispute amount for T&E transactions for Fraud reason codes 10.1, 10.2, 10.3, 10.4 (only applies to Visa B2B Virtual Payment Products), 10.5 and Non-Fraud reason codes 13.3, 13.8, 13.9 will be implemented.

Late Presentments 

On or after April 12, 2024, the Processing Error recovery reason "Late Presentment" will be removed and added to Authorization Errors category recovery reason "No Authorization/Late Presentment".

Hypersearch Search Criteria Expanded

Hypersearch will support searching by the following criteria: MemberCaseNumber, VisaCaseNumber, AccountNumber, FundingAccountNumber, Token, ARN, TranDate, Amount, Transaction ID, RetrievalRequestID, Retrieval ReferenceNumber, STAN, Acquirer Identifier.

Added Network ID

On or after April 12, 2024, the new Network ID VAT will be supported when executing a call to submit the dispute and determining if RTSI services can be used.
