24.2 Visa Mandates
Overview
The QFD Patch release is compatible with mandate changes for 24.2. Mandate changes will take effect on or after October 19, 2024.

As a result of our analysis of Visa's documentation, the following changes have been implemented in QFD's mandates release.
Intake Updates

11.3 Late Presentment Updates | Updated the late presentment verbiage in intake questionnaire to remove reference to charged more than 180 days after authorization. The option displayed to users for Late Presentment recovery now reads as "I was charged a long time after the transaction occurred." | QPS-10924 |

Visa Authorization Error - New Questionnaire to collect Account Status | A new question is required to pursue recovery on Authorization Issue disputes to provide the status of the account.
