How-To
Case Details
The Case Details section provides information about the overall claim including the case status, how many disputes on the case have been resolved, and the created date and created by details.
Disputed Transactions
The Disputed Transactions section contains a transaction grid that allows users to view disputed activity details.

Users can edit the transaction grid to fit their preferences.

Click theFieldsbutton to reveal the customization menu
Check/uncheck the desired data points
Click theFieldsbutton a second time to close out of the customization menu
To save the user's edits, click theDefault viewbutton
SelectSave as new view
Name the new view and click the Save button
The view has been saved and the preferred data will be present in the transaction grid on all claims
Other Actions
Users can access additional options in the Other Actions menu to gather more information.
Dispute-level Accounting The dispute-level accounting reveals the money movement for this dispute.

Additional Data The Additional Data stores all the transactional data that we receive from the associations. Agents can look here for all the authorization and clearing data for the charge.
