Overview
Case tabs offer additional information and functions that support case management.Â
User any claim to show the tabs.Â
Active
The Active tab shows manual user tasks if any and a history of completed actions in the selected node. This is where users complete assignment work.Â
Overview
The Overview tab reflects case creation information and lists all of the disputed transactions. Familiarizing yourself with the disputed transaction activity and its details enables you to make the best-fit decisions on the case.
Investigation
The Investigation tab houses the Initial Interaction Decision and QFD's review of chargeback rights and write off details if enabled. This tab isn't commonly used in daily casework but can help users understand why a disputed was or wasn't auto paid or written off.Â
Audit
The Audit tab logs all case-level activity including placing notes, uploading documents, and sending correspondence.Â
Questionnaire
The Questionnaire tab shows the responses captured at intake. Users can add to and edit the questionnaire if needed.
External Case Status
The External Case Status tab reflects the intake user view of the case. This is also what the account holder sees when follow up on their case if enabled.Â
