Overview

The Active tab shows the case step the users is working on. In the example below, the user is in the Disposition node, which reflects Disposition as the assignment tab.

Use any claim with manual user tasks to demonstrate this tab. 

How-To

Active Assignment

The Assignment tab reflects the active assignment, which is identified directly under the Case tabs. In this example, the active assignment is Disposition Case. The number in the parenthesis indicates how many disputes have this active assignment. 

Completed Actions

Under Completed Actions, you'll see a list of actions that have already been completed, including assignments, system processes, and pends. This section is helpful for quality reviews and auditing purposes.
