Overview


The case-level Audit tab displays a chronological list of actions that were completed on the claim. The information presented is the most recent to oldest actions, but that order can be changed by clicking the Time column at the top of the left-most column. This tab is helpful for quality review and problem-solving. 

Case-level actions include:

  • Adding and deleting notes
  • Uploading and deleting attachments
  • Correspondence being sent and received
  • Work assignment through Get Next Work
  • Case movement to different stages

Use a claim that has notes added and/or attachments uploaded to show this tab.
