Case Created/Resolved
The case event recording feature allows the system to be configured to communicate certain status updates to an external system. Depending on the result in Case Event Preconditions, one of the following paths is executed:
- Auto
- A Pending Record Case Event Automation assignment is displayed while the system completes the action via an integrated service.
- If the service continues to fail after 3 attempts, a Record Case Event Failed assignment is generated and prompts a user to complete the action manually.
- Manual
- Record Case Event Manual assignment is generated and prompts a user to complete the action manually.
- Skip
- The flow is skipped.
