When Alt Network Arbitration is executed, this flow is kicked off. The system pends itself for the Acquirer's response and depending on if it is accepted full or not, the claim will be either resolved or will go to the Issuer's response.

Association Ruling

This assignment asks the user to record the association ruling from the result of the arbitration.
  • If the user selects Arbitration Won, the system resolves the issue as paid.
  • If the user selects Arbitration Lost, the system immediately directs the user to complete the Final Investigation Flow by writing off or denying the remaining amount.
