Recovery Rights

Overview
When QFD evaluates recovery rights, the outcome of that validation is saved on the disputed transaction. This information can be leveraged when working various assignments to understand why the application did not pursue recovery.
There are a few ways to access this information. It can be accessed while working assignments by clicking on “Additional Data” and by reviewing the Overview tab within the application.
Accessing Recovery Rights
Within the Dispute
Click on “Additional Data” to open a new window.
Click on the “Recovery Details” tab, then click on the “Recovery Rights” tab to view the rules validated for automated chargebacks.
Recovery Menu
Click on the ellipses to the far right of a dispute within the Dispute Transaction table displayed in the Overview tab.
Select the “Recovery” option.
Click on the “Recovery Rights” tab.
