When the dispute questionnaire service fails in Visa Submit Dispute, this assignment is generated and prompts the user to retry the service call.
This flow action will force the system to retry the service call. If the service continues to fail, please notify your system administrator.

This flow action is available from the Other Actions menu and will cancel the current recovery flow and return the dispute to the Disposition step to select a new recovery option.
