Create a New Claim

Overview


Follow these steps to initiate a new claim. Refer to the following pages to complete the four fraud and dispute claims that will be used during intake training.

How-To


Step 1: Initiate a new claim from the homepage by clicking New button then select Claim


Step 2: Select the appropriate search option from the drop-down


Step 3: Enter the datum to locate an account holder, then click the Search button


Step 4: Select the account holder, then click the Continue button


Step 5: Select the account, click the Continue button
