Channel Preferences
This decision table allows administrators to determine when each correspondence channel is available and what options are available to the user during intake. Changes made to this table will impact what is reflected in the correspondence preferences section of the summary page during intake.
Actions
The following actions are configurable in the table.

To automatically default to the mail channel when email is the default correspondence channel but no email address is on file for the account holder, enable the NoEmailDefaultToMail option in QFD Extensions.
