Secure Messaging

Secure messaging is a digital channel that is similar to email but with enhanced security.  With secure messaging, users must be authenticated before they can retrieve and respond to messages.  This typically happens via an online banking platform, but other services are available.  A secure messaging system must be available to QFD for this channel to be enabled.  Secure messaging typically has more limitations than email, such as restricted formatting and message length.
