Final Investigation Flow

Overview

When all available recovery options have been exhausted, or no recovery options are available, this flow is executed.  The calling flow may pass a liability decision from a previous user assignment or system decision.  If not, the Final Investigation assignment is generated to prompt a user to make the decision.

Actions

Users can write off or deny the dispute. If available, users can choose to Pursue Recovery from the Other Actions menu.

When a liability decision is set, the action is recorded in the Recovery Action History and the appropriate flow is executed for additional processing.
