Action | Description |

| FINALINVESTIGATION | No recovery action is taken and a Final Investigation assignment is generated and prompts a user to deny or write-off the dispute. This is useful for specific scenarios where no chargeback rights exist. The disposition pre-condition table can pass a liability reason into the Final Investigation Flow to automate the decision. |
| RECOVERY | If automated recovery is enabled and the dispute has not been reasserted, the system will attempt automatically apply a recovery option and execute the Recovery flow. If a recovery option cannot be automatically applied, or automated recovery is disabled, a Disposition Case Assignment assignment is generated. |
| SKIP | No recovery action is taken and the dispute moves to the Paid flow where loss accounting is executed. |
The base configure is enforced in the QFD product and cannot be overridden. The claim types below will always route to recovery for review.

Defined Configuration
A client can configure the dispute pre-conditions in the client information rule.
