User Defined Contact Date

When enabled, this user override allows certain users to manually set the Contact Date associated with the claim.  When enabled, an option is displayed on the Summary screen during claim intake.  The user will be prompted to provide a new date and that date will be used as the Contact Date.  The provided date cannot be earlier than the oldest transaction include in the claim.

To enable, answer "Yes" to "Allow Customer Contact Date Override?" in the "Application Specific" tab of Client Settings.

Evaluation

To evaluate whether the date was overridden by a user, check IsContactDateOverridden.
