Create Date (Dispute)

The date and/or datetime that an individual dispute was created in the system.  Usually, this will be similar to the Contact Date of the claim.  However, such as in the case of a dispute authorization that later posts or a transaction that is added to the claim after it was created, this date may differ from the original date of the claim.
