Enrichment Service Failed is an assignment generated when an enrichment integration fails in the auto enrichment flow performed by QFD. This assignment prompts the agent to review the reason for the service failure.


How to complete the assignment

  1. Click the Retry Enrich Data Service Call button.

  2. Click the Apply button.

  3. Click the Process Actions button.

  4. If the assignment does not advance after two attempts, click on the Other Actions button (ellipses) then select Process Enrichment Manually.
