In order to automatically enrich your transactions rather than manually, we’ll need to connect to MCOM. With the enhanced data we receive from this connection, QFD is able to apply an advanced chargeback eligibility review process. With automated submission of chargebacks, checks for representment, large amounts of manual work and the possibility of human error is reduced significantly.

This project will produce credentials and a .p12 file which QFD will need to connect.

Mastercard may want to meet to discuss the project; it is rarely necessary to include QFD in those calls.
