Review Association Transactions

When RTSI is enabled this flow is executed in the Disposition step of the Analyze stage.  The system will evaluate any associated transactions returned by the RTSI service to determine if any require review.  If there is at least one associated credit transaction for the disputed transaction, a Review Associated Transactions assignment is generated for a user to review the transactions and determine if any are associated and, if so, whether they resolve the claim.  When one, or more, associated transactions are identified by a user, the system executes the Pend for Merchant Credit flow to confirm the credits post to the account.

Update VROL

When the review is complete, the system then calls RTSI to communicate the outcome of the transaction review.  While the system completes this action, the Pending Update Associated Tran Selection system assignment is displayed in Disposition.  If the activity fails, an Update Associated Tran Selection Failed assignment is generated and prompts a user to retry or skip the activity.

Additional Review

When a dispute is submitted in Visa Execute Chargeback or in Execute Visa Pre Arbitration, Visa will validate that the review has been completed.  If new associated transactions are available at that time, Visa will require an additional review and this process will execute again.
