Description

When the system activity for updating the associated transaction selection via RTSI in Visa Associated Transaction Review fails, an assignment is generated here for a user to review.

Details

Retry

The default flow action is to retry the service.  If the service continues to fail, please notify your system administrator.

Skip

Optionally, the user may select Skip from the Other Actions menu to resume without updating VROL.

The Update Associated Tran Selection Failed assignment is generated when updating the associated transaction via Visa RTSI fails. This assignment is only for Visa disputed transactions.


How to complete the assignment

  1. Click the Update VROL Associated Tran Selection button.
       
  2. Click the Apply button.
       
  3. Click the Process Actions button.

   

Note: This process can be skipped by selecting the Skip option from the Other Actions (ellipses) menu.
